TROPICAL FLOWERS
22. 3.–7. 4. 2024
Exhibition in the Fata Morgana Greenhouse with the sale of tropical plants

Our garden is a place of relaxation, education, entertainment, and delight for all your senses...

The Prague Botanical Garden situated on a picturesque hillside in Troja is a place for the whole family. The Outdoor expositions are the right place for relaxation, learning, and fun. Get inspiration and knowledge from nature in the middle of the city.

The Outdoor Expositions are the ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries among 15,000 species of trees and flowers. The meditative Japanese Garden will enchant you with the blossoms of rhododendrons, peonies, and tender Japanese cherries. In hot summer you will find a cool shade there and in autumn the colorful leaves of Japanese maples will brighten up the gloomy weather. The Peony Meadow, the North American Prairie, the Ornamental Garden, and the Mediterranean are just a few places you can visit. Come and admire the treasures of the plant kingdom in every season.

Take an hour-long journey around the world in the Fata Morgana Greenhouse. Discover the exotic gems of tropical rainforests, cloud forests, and the world's driest regions. Meet different fishes of tropical rivers and lakes and listen to the sound of an impressive waterfall.

Our goal is to create not only a modern botanical garden of world-class quality but also a place where you will spend your free time with your family or friends. A place you will love to come back to.

Since our garden is quite large, with almost 30 hectares in total, we recommend downloading our map to your mobile phone or printing it out. It is also available at all ticket offices at the entrances.

We look forward to your visit!
