The holiday atmosphere will breathe on you not only from the exhibition panels and beautiful photos but also from our book novelty, which will take you to Cyprus whenever you need it. The book is bilingual (Czech and English).

We will also present the book to the public together. The ceremonial opening of the exhibition and presentation of the book will take place on 16 July.

New book – Botanical Journeys through Cyprus

A new book by curator Petr Hanzelka will take you to Cyprus. The author proceeds from his expeditions to this Mediterranean island. Cyprus is primarily a place where you can meet unusual and often very rare plant species that do not occur elsewhere. He shows the Cypriot nature in three different seasons. Attention is also paid to the phenomenon of the cultural landscape in the Mediterranean, which has been influenced by human activity for several millennia and which has transformed the island into the form we know today.
