Mexican landscape, rainforest, Japanese garden, ponds, dramatic rocky scenery, extensive meadows, vineyard, peaceful romantic retreats… All this and much more can be found on the 52 hectares of the completely unique Prague Botanical Garden. Here you can film and take pictures for company commercials, promotion photos, calendars, movies, wedding photos, etc.
For private purposes, you can film and take pictures with handheld cameras without using a tripod or lighting equipment. You are only allowed to use a tripod in the outdoor expositions.
Filming and picture taking for private purposes is governed by the Dos & Don'ts of the Prague Botanical Garden.
If you want to use our unique settings for commercial purposes or you need to work with technology and filming crews, you can rent our locations. Included in the rental fee are accompanying services such as arranging the entry of equipment, electrical connections, or collaboration with professional curators.
Please note: Filming and photography using drones is subject to Civil Aviation Authority rules. It is necessary to obtain a permit in advance. Based on this permit, the Prague Botanical Garden may allow the use of a drone at its premises.
Flying a drone at our premises is only possible after receiving a written consent from the Prague Botanical Garden. You must also comply with all current relevant legislation.
