- Decide whether you are interested in a tour or a specific educational program lead by a guide. Groups that do not use our guide services do not have to book in advance.
- Contact us. We will confirm your tour and your guide at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
- In the high season (March-June), it is best to book your tour at least 14 days in advance. In the low-season, one week in advance is fine.

- The price for a Czech-speaking guide for one group is 400 CZK and for an English-speaking guide 700 CZK.
- We also charge the entrance fee according to the currently valid price list to the botanical garden for children 3-15 years old; pupils and students under the age of 26 with a valid identity card or ISIC card CZK 120
- The guide is included in the price of admission.
For every 10 students, 1 teacher has free admission. Groups of 10+ people receive a 10% admission fee discount (based on group payment). For very small groups, ask for individual pricing.
- It is better to split a larger group of visitors into several smaller ones due to limited space in expositions. The maximum number of people allowed in the Fata Morgana Greenhouse and in outdoor expositions is 25.
- During the program, the teacher is responsible for the students. The guide is only responsible for the quality of the program.
- You must arrive at the ticket office where you agreed to meet your guide at least 10 minutes in advance.
- The fee for canceling guide services less than 2 hours before the tour takes place is 220 CZK.
