The Wine Production Exposition can be found in the newly built cellar in the lower part of the vineyard. The works started between 2005 and 2006 when it was necessary to reinforce the eroding slope. The cellar was completed in 2009 when we processed our first grapes there.
The cellar has an area of 200 m2 and is divided into three areas. In the first part, there is modern stainless steel technology for grape processing: the crusher-de-stemmer, peristaltic pump, pneumatic membrane press, and the vinificator. In the second part, there are stainless steel tanks with a computer-controlled fermentation system, various types of filters, and a bottling and labeling line. In the last part, there are representative storage spaces and oak barrels, in which red and white wines mature.
